Hexedit

I frequently find myself needed a good hex editor. hexedit seems to suit my purposes best.

I have contributed some patches that add some features that I felt lost without. They are available here (against hexedit-1.2.10).

• VIM key bindings. Add some vim-like key bindings to hexedit.
• --read-only flag. A flag to open the file read-only.
• Relative goto. The goto offset can be relative to the current position. It can also be in decimal, octal or hexadecimal.
